open at 4:00 : run through of what you have together
-sunday july 23rd: potluck meeting @6:00 be here at
4:00 for FUll run through
-thursday july27th: potluck full dress
rehersal!!!!!! @ 6:00
-Friday july 28th: cooking for show: space is open
untill ?? for set up and final decoration
SATURDAY JULY 29th : SHOW TIME!!! BE THERE AT 6:00
for catered crew dinner no exceptions unless really
necessacary!!!
Doors open at 9:00
